A chinese salesman once came to me, trying to convince in investing into unit trust scheme. He's a very talented young consultant who has closed many deals. I let him do his product presentation, and he had done a very good job in simplifying the complicated product. I thank him, and pull him into having chit chat. I told him that if you want to win other people minds, you must win you mind first. The challenge is to believe in yourself, believe in your potentials, believe in what you do before you want others to believe in what you're selling.
